ASAP Onsite Septic and Sewer

 LIFT STATIONS

LIFT STATIONS

A lift station needs to be maintained and inspected on a quarterly basis to ensure everything is properly flowing to the city sewer. During a lift station inspection, all of the pumps functions are monitored and recorded. Station floats are inspected to see if they are clean and operational. The inspections are the number one thing that will keep you away from a nightmare weekend emergency!

A PROACTIVE PROPERTY OWNER/MANAGER:

  • Doesn't haven't to deal with sewage overflows on their property

  • Gets an inspection every quarter

  • Has copies of inspection records

  • Has peace of mind

A REACTIVE PROPERTY OWNER/MANAGER:

  • Has sewage spilling into the sinks and toilets on their property

  • Faces angry and upset customers/tenants/employees

  • Spends more money on clean up and emergency costs

  • Shuts down business until issue gets resolved

Please fill out the form below so that a member of our staff can get you set up with an inspection!

For your convenience, underneath the "Lift Stations Made Easy Form," is our Lift Station Agreement PDF. You may be directed here to print it out if you sign up for our quarterly rotation!
